We want you to shop with total confidence. This page explains how returns and refunds work at ArcheryGolf. Please read it before sending anything back.
Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
- Items must be returned exactly as received: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all protective films and accessories.
- Stock products only. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
ARC3 Standard Irons
- You may try the 7-iron for up to 30 days from delivery.
- If you decide to return the set, all other irons must remain brand new with plastic head covers intact and no signs of use.
- Customized iron sets are not eligible for return.
All Other Products
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us first: Email info@arcgolf.co before sending anything back. We’ll confirm the correct return address.
- Shipping: You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. The return location depends on your original delivery address.

Inspection & Refund:
- Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return requirements.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Products that are used, altered, or damaged (beyond the permitted ARC3 7-iron trial).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Final sale items (if marked as such at checkout).
Exchanges
To move fast, the simplest route is to return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want instead.
