Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any available free-shipping promotions will be applied automatically on the checkout page.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties depend on your shipping country. Here’s how it usually works:
- Orders to the EU, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom: taxes and duties are included in the price shown. No extra payment on delivery.
- United States: taxes and duties are included; applicable state/county sales tax is added at checkout according to the shipping address.
- Canada: taxes and duties are included; provincial tax is added at checkout according to the shipping address.
- All other destinations: you can usually choose to pay taxes/duties at checkout or upon delivery (calculated from your shipping address). Prepaying at checkout typically speeds up customs clearance.
Delivery Times
Transit times vary by destination and courier. Most orders arrive within five business days from dispatch across the majority of regions. Tracking will provide the most accurate estimate once your parcel is in transit.
Tracking & Updates
You’ll receive an email with your tracking link when the carrier picks up your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
